Would be nice to add password protection to open the app.

Great for doing bills on. And a little more flexibility compared to iPhone app only.

I like the added income feature but I get paid a variable amount every two weeks so having a "paycheck" in the bills section helps me see where I get paid in relation to my upcoming bills. It would be great if instead of entering a value into income I could create a "paycheck" to act just like a bill only be a positive value. I guess to simplify, I would like to have an "add income" button that acts exactly like a bill, only reflects an increase to the new income feature instead of a deduction.

Paying most of my bills on-line, I can't always remember if I've gone to the site and set up the payment for this month so a checkbox or some way of indicating that a bill payment has been scheduled would be great.

Quite a few bill come now as a PDF, it would be good to attach it to the bill. Once paid, usually online, I can print to PDF and attach that as well.

Allow the currency of a bill to be specified independent of the default setting, such as tracking a debt paid in £, while the majority of bills are still paid in $

I usually set a reminder for 5 days, 2 days and the day of the bill. Sometime I cant pay it when the first reminder hits and I need another reminder or I forget. I can do it in ical but would love it in Chronicle!

Currently, you can total a goal's payments, then manually subtract it from the starting amount to find out how much further you have to go towards your goal, but it would be nice for a goal to say "$xxx.xx left until goal is reached!" and have the amount automatically reduced as payments are logged. If this is already possible, I am missing something.

Primarily, I want to be able to have all the automated iCal alerts be task instead of events, so that they will sync with my todo/GTD software on the iPhone and Mac. Events only sync over to iCal and BusyCal, while tasks would sync to iCal, BusyCal, Things, Omnifocus, ect. Under the same umbrella, I'd like to pick the calendar that Chronicle posts to, instead of a Chronicle Calendar, I would like to post it to Home or Bills, ect/

predicting shortfalls or extra by including income and measuring against outgoing over 12 months. Not a trivial change but one which would enable us to see into the future. Something like this would also let us budget for big expense items whilst remaining in control of bills and outgoings.

Right now Chronicle only allows the basic message style notification. I would like Chronicle to offer access to all the alarm/message options of iCal.

Also, currently changes made in preferences are not automatically updated in iCal for existing bills. Auto-updating should either be the default behavior, or it should be an option when changing iCal notifications preferences.

When setting up a new bill there isn't an option to....... "repeat monthly for 17 months". Some bill are only for a short time frame. can this be added? Maybe as a simple dropdown in the create new bill section?

Right now, iCal reminders disappear when a payment is logged in Chronicle. I'd like to keep those events in iCal and have them automatically marked as paid (ie., change from "Pay Visa" to "Visa Paid"). This way I would have a record of payments in iCal, something I have done manually for years.

There are several places in the UI where it would be nice to have Drag and Drop capabilities. I am accustomed to Mac programs having drag and drop where it is intuitive, for example when setting an image for an item, the user should be able to drag an image from anywhere onto the blank photo. There should also be a drop zone for dropping file attachments, and the file attachments should be visible on the item detail view.

I have some bills that are due twice per month, but that are due on the 5th and the 20th. There is currently no way for me to do this other than by setting up the bill twice. Bill Repeats need to be customizable.

If I could see my bank account balance and have my paid bills automatically subtracted and my income automatically added that would be great.
